And so another venture begins...as I sit listening to Tony Bennett, I struggle to figure how to surmise an introduction to the upcoming series of blogs. I must mention that this is in tandem with a podcast, available on Spotify and YouTube, in either audio or video format (whichever tickles your fancy). I could of course mention in brief dialogue about the two contributing writers to the blog: Tom (a currently single and currently miserable, yet desperately avid film fan) and Will (a cipher, an indescribable man with Aryan features). I could mention that the blogs will all centre along the theme of films, as is the same theme of our podcast.

The basic gist is this: essays, blogs, thoughts and such, on films and the world that surrounds the medium. Much in the vein of the podcast that can be seen as a supplement to this page, or rather this page could be seen as a supplement to the podcast. Whichever way you fancy really is fine.  The long and short of it when it comes to release is that every Tuesday (as per the ‘T’), you will get an essay/article/post from Thomas and then every so often - though probably not every week - on a Wednesday (as per the ‘W’), you will receive a essay/article/post from Will. If either of the boys review a film or write a more pressing article then you will receive it as soon as it is finished, as a bonus to your regular weekly programming.

And as the song I am listening to changes and I now listen to the Sheen Easton classic 'Morning Train (Nine to Five)', I conclude that if you find the world of film as intriguing, fascinating and eminently interesting as either Tom or Will do, then this is the page that you will simply adore.

I never actually set out in my mind whether this was an introduction or rather an advertisement. It seems to have leaned more so into the world of late-night TV advert fares, painfully in the way of the film that you’re trying to enjoy. The advert is now over, so enjoy the film, which in this case is the array of blog posts.
